The Branding and Order Process
1. Search and Choose you Products
Find your desired product by using the search bar or by browsing categories. Please note the different sizes and amount of stock available.
2. Submit Quote at Checkout
Add the products, inlcuding sizes and colours, you are interested in to the cart and proceed to checkout. No payment is required at this point.
3. Our Sales Agent will Contact You
One of our sales agents will contact you about the branding options for your order and will provide a detailed quote with layouts.
4. Submit your Artwork
Please have your artwork ready and send it to our agents. Please note we require vector format for the logo file. If you do not have it available we can redraw your design at a minimal fee.
5. Payment for Order
Once you are happy with the quote and the layout, we will require minimum 50% to start production. The balance will be required before the shipment is delivered.
6. Production and Delivery
Production of your order ussually takes 3-5 business days. Delivery will be arranged with courier as soon as possible after production.
